仕事の原則
コーティングパンの回転動作により、コーティングされる錠剤または丸薬はパン内で連続的に移動します。蠕動ポンプはコーティング溶液をスプレーガンに送り、コーティングされる錠剤または丸薬の表面に噴霧します。負圧下で、吸気空気処理ユニットは設定された手順とプロセスパラメータに従って清浄な温風を供給し、錠剤または丸薬を乾燥させます。温風は排気空気処理ユニットから排出され、錠剤または丸薬に噴霧されたコーティング溶液が急速に固体で緻密な平坦で滑らかな膜を形成し、コーティングプロセスが完了します。
